The St. Andrew’s Society celebrates Scottish-Canadian culture in Toronto. Although the Society is named after the patron saint of Scotland, we are not a religious organization. Everyone is welcome to join and attend our events.
There is a full calendar of events where attendees can meet like-minded people. These include pub nights and curling socials as well as formal affairs like the St. Andrew’s Charity Ball. Members get a discount on almost all of these get-togethers.
A number of discounts are also available to Society members including 15% off on all purchases of $50 and above (not including tax) at William Glen and Son and 10% at the House of Cassady. Visitors to the Royal Ontario Museum will also receive 15% off the price of admission.
An annual membership is only $25.00 and runs from January 1st to December 31st. You can join online or by mail with the information below. These fees allow the Society to support groups working to preserve our culture like Celtic musicians, Highland Dancers and students specializing in Scottish studies.
