Annual Burns Dinner

2025-01-24 | 6:30 pm - 10:00 pm    University Club of Toronto

The St. Andrew’s Society looks forward to holding our traditional Burns Dinner in conjunction with the University Club of Toronto. The event follows the time-honoured format with the Address to a Haggis, The Immortal Memory and Toasts to the Lassies and Laddies. This year’s event will be on Friday, January 24.

This year we are delighted to welcome Dr. Kevin James, Scottish Studies Foundation Chair and Professor of History at University of Guelph, as our guest speaker. Mike Wise will propose the Toast to the Lassies and Susan Grundy will respond with the Toast to the Laddies. We will conclude the evening with musical entertainment.

Tickets (inclusive of wine at the table) are $140 for members of the Society and University Club. The price for non-members is $150. Ticket sales will close on Monday, January 19 at 11:59pm.

Only 115 tickets will be available for this event so don’t delay! If you have any issues with your ticket purchase, please e-mail us at .
